WEDNESDAY – KIDS ONLY IN THE BAY
Wednesday 3.15 – 4pm Flying Frog Kids Yoga
Wednesday 5pm – 6.30pm At 14 Hannah Street Yoga in the City
THURSDAY
Thursday 6pm – 7.30pm

WORKSHOPS
Workshops will be offered around 5 times during term one including but not limited to these topics:
Meditation – A Personal Meditation Practice
Yoga for Weight Loss & The Yogic Diet
Your Home Yoga Plan – A Personalised Plan
Passive Yoga Stretching – Yoga Without Muscular Tension
Structural Prana – Living Energy
Your Investment:
Casual or Drop-in $15 per class
One class per week – $100 per Term
Two classes per week at The Bay Studio & Or the City Studio – $160 per term (This applies to couples living at the same address)
Three or more classes per week $210 per term (This applies to a family living at the same address)
10 Card Concession Class (To be used within 4 months) $135
Workshops are $10 each
Want to try before you commit to a term?
We offer a two week pay as a casual and if you sign up on the third consecutive week we credit the $30 casual rate to your term fee as of that date.
Offer Valid until 7th week of term.
You must come for 3 weeks in a row to turn your casual payment into a credit on your term payment
